The Hampshire Cricket League cares deeply about your privacy. The Hampshire Cricket League uses your data to ensure the smooth running of the league. Your data is used for our own legitimate interests in order to:

Provide the Hampshire Cricket League administrators with contact details to notify you of changes to the league and other updates;

Provide other member clubs with contact details to aid in the playing of a fixture;

Provide details for the printed handbook;

Provide your name for aggregated performance statistics;

Respond to your requests, inquiries, comments and concerns;

Offer you customized content and inpidualized personalization of the Service to make it more relevant to your interests and needs;

Notify you about changes or updates to the Service and our other products and services;

Process and fulfil a transaction eg. fine;

Provide technical, product and other support and to help keep the Service working, safe and secure;

Comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements;

4. Sharing of Your Information

Your data is shared with our service provider please review their policy regarding privacy at;

Your contact details are shared upon request to other member clubs;

On occasions, your name is shared with the Press Association;

If you access an application on the Service through a license agreement with the application’s service provider, some of your personal information will be shared with the service provider so that it can provide you the application, subject to the terms of the service provider’s license agreement and privacy policy.

We also may disclose your personal information:

To (i) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or other legal obligation; (ii) detect, investigate and help prevent security, fraud or technical issues; (iii) enforce and protect our rights and properties; or (iv) protect the rights, property or safety of our users, employees and others; and

The Service may let you post and share personal information, comments, materials and other content. Any information you post or disclose publicly may be collected and used by others, may be indexable by search engines, and might not be able to be removed.
