When do you have to notify the league that you are planning to enter a 2nd team???
And how many players/squad size do you think a club would need to achieve 2 teams? |

I think my original point was missed. If we had a mark on the result sheet for the spirit in which the oppposition played the game we could then publish a Fair-Play League for each division and the teams that are a pleasure to play against could be recognised and the sledgers and swearers would be at the bottom of the Fair-play League and might consider why. In our Division the poorly behaved teams are in a very small minority who keep cropping up when we are having apleasant after cricket drink with teams. Sour Grapes might influence a few of the marks but a trend would be indicative that some clubs are a pain and people do not look forward t playing against them. As for sour grapes we have facilities that normally receive high marks but were marked down by other clubs with far inferior facilities. That is no reason for abandoning the Pitch, Outfield and Facility marking as it averages out over the season.

What is the qualification situation if one player played 6 games for 3rd team, 1 for 2nd team and 5 for 1st team? does his average only qualify if he played 9 games for one team?
